 50-Inch Folding Sluice Box

When it comes to gold prospecting equipment, quality matters. That's why our 50-inch folding sluice box combines lightweight aluminum construction with durable 18-gauge zinc-plated riffles and a multi-layered gold recovery system, featuring woven vinyl, miners moss and gold carpet. These complementary materials help trap and retain gold, as lighter sediment washes downstream, supporting efficient gold separation and recovery. Designed for repeated use in the field, the sluice box provides an extended working surface while maintaining a convenient folding design; when it's time to pack up, the full length sluice folds down to approximately 15 inches for easy transportation and storage. When collapsed into its compact folded position, the gold sluice box easily fits into the 30L backpack included in this kit, meaning you can carry it on your back with other gold prospecting equipment, making trips to and from the field efficient and less burdensome.

1/2 and 1/8-Inch Classifier Screens

Properly preparing material before gold panning or running through a sluice box is a crucial part of the gold recovery process. The included 1/2 and 1/8 inch classifier screens (stack them on top of a five gallon bucket), helps separate finer paydirt from more coarse material, like heavy gravels and rocks, allowing you to work with more consistently sized sediment.

Single and Dual Riffle Gold Pans

This kit includes six green gold pans in three different sizes and riffle configurations, to offer a variety of processing and finishing options. Five dual riffle gold pans, measuring 10, 12 and 14 inches, feature large and micro riffles, making them all well rounded gold pans for all skill levels. A 10-inch single-riffle pan provides another practical option for panning, especially when it comes to working down your final concentrates. All pans feature a 1/8 inch gold trap in the bottom of the pan to help capture gold.

Precision Recovery Tools

This kit includes essential fine gold recovery tools to help you work through each stage of prospecting. A folding shovel and green prospecting scoop make it easier to dig, gather and transfer material, while classifier screens prepare sediment for further processing. A black sand magnet helps remove magnetic material from concentrates, and magnifying tweezers provide precision handling or inspecting of found gold. Pipettes and a snifter bottle uses suction to collect fine gold from your pan, and two glass collection vials offer convenient storage for recovered finds.
