The newest addition to ASR Outdoors classifier collection are these large, six inch deep plastic stackable sifting screens with built in handle, ideal for working with and sifting out pay dirt or other valuable items from unwanted raw material. Importantly, these heavy duty plastic sifting screen is able to be stacked on top of a five gallon bucket, and are also compatible with all other sizes of ASR Outdoor stainless steel mesh classifiers.

As mentioned, these heavy duty plastic gold rush sifting screens are ideal for working with coarse or more fine raw materials. Designed to be stacked on top of a five gallon bucket, use these plastic sifting screens or soil sifters to separate high value pay dirt from other unwanted organic material, like rocks, gravels, plant matter and aggregates.

Two important design features to note: depth and built in handles. The depth of this plastic sifting screen is intentional and will allow you to move through much more raw material in comparison to a more shallow classifier screen. Lastly, when carrying and working with heavier and large amounts of material, you'll appreciate the two built in side handles, making the plastic sifting screen easier to maneuver.

The ASR Outdoor heavy duty plastic sifting screens are made of tough and durable polypropylene plastic that will see you through many gold prospecting or rock hounding seasons to come. Good set of classifiers

These classifiers are deep and stack well onto 5 gal buckets. Being made of polymer material you can use a pinpointer detector in classifier. These are great, however, they do take up a lot of space in side x side and why I gave 4 stars.

Needs a little more quality control

Quality is excellent, design is excellent; however I've tried them in several different buckets and they wont fit all the way in like they should. The ring around the classifier needs to be a little smaller. I like the item enough that I took a sander and sanded about an 1/8" off all the way around; now it works perfect.

Deep dish classification strong, sturdy, stout enough for vigorous field use. Money well spent!

Abrasives will cut the plastic

Fantastic classifier! However, when using it to sift river gravel, you MUST lift it slightly above the bucket. Reason being, sand is highly abrasive, and will grind down the down facing surface that has the handles, virtually cutting through it. I'm getting a custom stainless steel ring made as a buffer. Other than that, it's a GREAT classifier!
